Blue leather reactive glaze

USES

Glaze which, once fired, gives a blue lether effect.

• QUALITATIVE COMPOSITION

Na2O , k2O , CaO , B2O3 , SiO2 , Al2O3 , PbO2, SnO, TiO2, CoO,  ZnO, ZrO2 ,  etc.

The glaze is presented in aqueous suspension.

• APPLICATION INFORMATION

• APPLICATION METHOD

The glaze can be applied by disc, spray or bath

• SUBSTRATE

It can be applied on any ceramic substrate. The best results are obtained on red earthenware.

• FIRING CONDITIONS

It is applied both in double firing and in traditional single firing at 960-1020ºC at a cycle that can vary from 1-6 hours.

• HANDLING AND STORAGE

It is recommended to store it in a dry and ventilated place. Always keep the cooker tightly closed to prevent dust or dirt from entering the cooker.
